Acts that the Christian Should Perform Every Day

Acts that the Christian Should Perform Every Day

On Rising, after having made the Sign of the Cross

My God! I adore You, I love You with my whole heart. I thank You for all Your benefits, especially for having preserved me during the past night. I offer You all my actions and sufferings of this day, in union with the actions of Jesus and Mary; and I make the intention of gaining all the indulgences that I can gain. I purpose, O Lord! to avoid offending You this day, especially.

It is good to make a resolution, particularly about the fault into which we fall the most often.

I beg You, for the love of Jesus, to grant me the grace of perseverance. I resolve to conform myself to Your holy will, and particularly in those things that are contrary to my inclination, saying always, O Lord! Your will be done. My Jesus, keep Your hand over me this day! Most Holy Virgin Mary, take me beneath your mantle. And do You, O Eternal Father, help me for the love of Jesus and Mary! O my angel guardian and my holy patron saints, assist me.

Say the Our Father, Hail Mary, Creed; three Hail Marys: in honor of the purity of Mary.

An Act of Faith

An Act of Faith

O MY GOD ! I believe in Thee ; I believe all that Thou hast revealed, and that the holy Catholic Church proposes for my belief. I believe, first, that the most blessed Virgin is truly the Mother of God ; I believe firmly, and with all certainty, that she is at the same time mother and virgin, and that she is free from even the least actual sin. I also believe most firmly, and with all certainty, that by a singular grace and privilege of Almighty GOD, in view of the merits of JESUS CHRIST, the Saviour of the human race, Mary was, in the first instant of her conception, preserved free from all stain of original sin. I believe most firmly and with all certainty that when the Roman Pontiff speaks ex cathedra that is, when, fulfilling the office of chief pastor and teacher of all Christians, he, in virtue of his supreme and apostolic authority, defines a doctrine concerning faith or morals to be held by the universal Church by the divine assistance, promised him in the person of St Peter, possesses that infallibility with which the divine REDEEMER wished his Church to be endowed when defining matters of faith or morals; and, therefore, that such definitions of the Roman Pontiff are, of themselves, and not from the consent of the Church, irreformable.

I believe all this, because thy holy Church, which is the pillar and ground of truth, which has never erred and can never err, proposes it to be believed.

Acts of Adoration and Thanksgiving to the Blessed Trinity

Acts of Adoration and Thanksgiving to the Blessed Trinity

MOST Holy Trinity, FATHER, SON, and HOLY GHOST, behold us prostrate in thy divine presence. We humble ourselves profoundly, and beg of Thee pardon for our sins.  We adore Thee, Omnipotent FATHER, and with the outpouring of our hearts we thank Thee for having given us thy divine SON JESUS to be our REDEEMER, and for having left Him with us to the consummation of the world in the most august sacrament of the Holy Eucharist, in which mystery of faith and love He reveals to us the wonders of his Sacred Heart. Gloria PATRI.

O DIVINE Word, most adorable JESUS, we adore Thee in thy Sacrament, and with the outpouring of our hearts we thank Thee for having taken human flesh and for having- made Thyself, for our redemption, Priest and Victim in the sacrifice of the Cross, a sacrifice which, by an excess of the love of thy adorable Heart, Thou dost renew every moment on our altars throughout the world. O supreme Priest, O divine Victim, grant that we may honour the sacrifice of the most holy Eucharist with the united homage of most holy Mary and of all thy Church, in triumph, in suffering, and in warfare. We offer ourselves wholly to Thee, and since thou dost deign to have victims associated with Thee, accept our offering, and, uniting it with thine, bless us. Gloria PATRI.

O DIVINE SPIRIT and PARACLETE, we adore Thee, and with the outpouring of our hearts, we thank Thee for having, with so much love for us, wrought the ineffable blessing of the Incarnation of the divine Word, a benefit which is continually being extended and increased in the most holy Eucharist. By this adorable mystery of the love of the Sacred Heart of JESUS, grant to us and to all sinners thy grace; pour out upon us and upon all redeemed souls thy holy gifts, but in a special manner bestow them upon the holy Church, the Spouse of JESUS CHRIST and our Mother, upon its visible head the supreme Pontiff, upon all the Cardinals, the Bishops and pastors of souls, on all priests, and on all the other ministers of the Sanctuary. Amen. Gloria PATRI.

Prayer of St Ignatius

Prayer of St Ignatius

TAKE, O LORD, all my liberty. Receive my
memory, understanding, and entire will. Thou hast
bestowed on me whatever I have or possess: I give
all back to Thee, and deliver it to Thee to be
entirely subject to thy will. Only grant me thy love
and thy grace, and I am rich enough and ask for
nothing more.

Heroic Act of Love

Heroic Act of Love

DEAR LORD, for the Love of Thy Precious Blood,
I wish to make an heroic offering of all the good works I do in life
in satisfaction for the temporal punishment due to my many sins,
and of all the prayers offered up for me after death,
in favor of those souls whom Our Blessed Mother
wishes to deliver from the pains of Purgatory. Amen.

Act of Love and Perfect Contrition

Act of Love and Perfect Contrition

Humbly prostrate before Thee, O Sacred Heart of Jesus, I adore Thee, I praise Thee, I bless Thee, and I love Thee with all my strength and all the love of which my heart is capable; but do Thou extend its capacity and increase my love, in order that I may love Thee more, and that this love may make me belong completely to Thee forever. This is a grace which I ask for myself and for all hearts capable of loving, and especially for my own rebellious, hardened, unfaithful heart, which has so long abused Thy graces, resisted Thee and continued to offend Thee. I lead a life so cowardly in Thy service that, were it not for the excess of Thy mercy, Thou wouldst have long ago vomited me out of Thy mouth and rejected me as an object of horror and abomination which merits only to suffer eternally all the rigors of Thy just anger. But I implore Thee, O Sacred Heart of my adorable Jesus, by that ardent love and suffering on the tree of the Cross, and which will keep Thee in this state on our altars until the end of time, to grant me, poor, miserable sinner, pardon for all the sins that I have committed: my ingratitude, forgetfulness and infidelity, and the other insults that I have offered to Thee of which I repent with my whole heart. I ask Thy pardon  with all the sorrow  and regret of which I am capable, and I protest that I wish I could shed all my blood by all the torments imaginable, in order to satisfy Divine Justice and to repair the outrages which I have done to Thee. I accept in advance all the pains by which it may please Thee to chastise me in this life, and I beseech Thee not abandon me to myself and to sin, and thus deprive me of Thy love. O Divine and most amiable Heart, do not condemn me to so horrible a torment as not to love Thee. Rather let all the pains of Hell come and torment me, than that I should be for a single moment without loving Thee! O DIvine Heart, Source of love and goodness, how couldst Thou forget Thy mercies and condemn to eternal privation of Thy love a heart which wishes henceforth in time and in eternity to live only to love Thee and to inhale and exhale breath only by this love.

Listen, then, O most amiable Heart of my Lord Jesus Christ, to the prayer which I make and to the request which I present in my favor, wretched and unworthy sinner that I am; it is, that Thou wouldst grant me true conversion of heart. I detest all my past sins and I hold them in such horror, that I would choose rather to be sunk in the abyss of Hell than relapse again in the future; and if Thou wishest to condemn me to flames, let it be to those of Thy pure love. Cast me into the abyss of this ardent furnace in punishment for all my perfidy. And when the excess of Thy goodness urges Thee to confer still further graces on me, I ask for no other than that of the sweet punishment of love. But grant, I implore Thee, that I may be consumed in this love and transformed into Thee. And in order to avenge Thyself on me for not loving Thee and for loving myself inordinately, pierce and transfix, a thousand thousand times my ungrateful heart with the dart of Thy pure love, that it may no longer be able to contain earthly and human love, but only the plenitude of Thy pure love, which will leave me no other liberty but that of loving Thee, while suffering and accomplishing in everything Thy holy will. These are the graces that I ask of Thee, O Sacred and most amiable Heart, and I implore Thee to grant them to me and to all hearts capable of loving Thee, and for them I ask Thee that they may live and die in this same love. Amen.

An Act of Oblation of a Little Soul

An Act of Oblation of a Little Soul

Behold, Sweet Jesus, I offer my life to Thee. Take me as a little victim of love and do with me whatever Thou willest. Oh, how I love Thee! I offer Thee all my faculties both of soul and of body. Take them, Jesus, also every moment of my life. Let me know and love no one but Thee, my Sweet Love. Take from me all liberty to sin. I offer myself entirely to Thee and beg Thee to rivet me within Thy Holy Wounds. Let my love of Thee have no limit or bounds, but let it be known over the earth when life has fled and I am resting in Thy Arms.

Jesus, Thou Who art the lover of little souls, may my life be one act of perfect love. May I be plunged deeper within Thee at every heart-throb. Imprint within me Thy Divine Likeness so that I may draw many souls to the enjoyment of the happiness of living in Thee.

Jesus, take my heart; make it Thy furnace of love so that many souls may be inflamed by its fire. Take me, wound me, so that the imprint may go with me into Eternity. O my God, take from me everything I have if it please Thy Wounded Heart. O Jesus, may my life be a martyrdom of love. May I become a perfect little victim. May suffering be the key to my happiness. I long only to love Thee passionately even unto folly and to burn others in the fire of this love.

May I be a beacon-light to souls who are following in darkness the pleasures of this world. And when the evening of life comes may I fly to Thee, even though it be with empty hands, to receive once more Thy Heavenly embrace and fall asleep in Thy Arms - for all eternity in Heaven. Amen.

Act of Reparation

Act of Reparation

O Sacred Heart of Jesus, animated with a desire to repair the outrages unceasingly offered to Thee, we prostrate before Thy throne of mercy, and in the name of all mankind, pledge our love and fidelity to Thee!

The more Thy mysteries are blasphemed, the more firmly we shall believe them, O Sacred Heart of Jesus!

The more impiety endeavors to extinguish our hopes of immortality, the more we shall trust in Thy Heart, sole hope of mankind!

The more hearts resist Thy Divine attractions, the more we shall love Thee, O infinitely amiable Heart of Jesus!

The more unbelief attacks Thy Divinity, the more humbly and profoundly we shall adore It, O Divine Heart of Jesus!

The more Thy holy laws are transgressed and ignored, the more we shall delight to observe them, O most holy Heart of Jesus!

The more Thy Sacraments are despised and abandoned, the more frequently we shall receive them with love and reverence, O most liberal Heart of Jesus!

The more the imitation of Thy virtues is neglected and forgotten, the more we shall endeavor to practice them, O Heart, model of every virtue!

The more the devil labors to destroy souls, the more we shall be inflamed with desire to save them, O Heart of Jesus, zealous Lover of souls!

The more sin and impurity destroy the image of God in man, the more we shall try by purity of life to be a living temple of the Holy Spirit, O Heart of Jesus!

The more Thy Holy Church is despised, the more we shall endeavor to be her faithful children, O Sweet Heart of Jesus!

The more Thy Vicar on earth is persecuted, the more will we honor him as the infallible head of Thy Holy Church, show our fidelity and pray for him, O kingly Heart of Jesus!

O Sacred Heart, through Thy powerful grace, may we become Thy apostles in the midst of a corrupted world, and be Thy crown in the kingdom of Heaven.  Amen.

Praise and adoration ever more be given to the most holy Sacrament.

Act of Spiritual Communion

Act of Spiritual Communion

My Jesus, I believe Thou art really present in the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Altar. I love Thee above everything else, and I long to receive Thee into my soul. I cannot now receive Thee in Holy Communion, but I beg Thee to come to me at least spiritually. I embrace Thee as already there, and unite myself entirely to Thee. Grant that I may never be separated from Thee!  - by Saint Alphonsus de Liguori

The Value of Spiritual Communion

The value of a spiritual Communion well made is enormous.  We can and should make one frequently.  Simply think on Jesus and how much He loves us and how much we love Him, then ask Our Blessed Mother to ask her Divine Son to come into our hearts.  We can offer these Communions for the interest of the Sorrowful and Immaculate heart of Mary, noting our special intention!

After receiving Holy Communion Our Lord said we should pray: “Most Sacred Heart of Jesus may the whole world burn with love for You!: - Revelation to Gabrielle Bossis in France

"Everything I say to One of my Children is for all of them... Each Soul is my favorite... If Only you knew my Love for each One." ~ Our Lord to Gabrielle Bossis (1874-1950)

"...Make as many Spiritual Communions as possible, to supply for the many Sacramental Communions which are not made.. One every quarter of an hour is not enough. Make them shorter, but more numerous.."
~ Our Lord to Sr. Benigna Consolata (1916)

'If you practice the holy exercise of Spiritual Communion a good many times each day, within a month you will see yourself completely changed.' -- St. Leonard of Port Maurice

PRAYER

O Jesus living in Mary, Come and live in Thy servants, In the spirit of Thy holiness, In the fullness of Thy might, In the truth of Thy virtues, In the perfection of Thy ways, In the communion of Thy mysteries; Subdue every hostile power In Thy Spirit, for the glory of the God the Father. Amen - from the Raccolta

Act of Faith, Hope and Love

Act of Faith, Hope and Love

Act of Faith
O MY GOD, I firmly believe that Thou art one God in Three Divine Persons, Father, Son and Holy Ghost. I believe that Thy Divine Son became Man, and died for our sins, and that He will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe these and all the truths which the Holy Catholic Church teaches, because Thou hast revealed them, Who canst neither deceive nor be deceived.

Act of Hope
O MY GOD, relying on Thy almighty power and infinite mercy and promises, I hope to obtain pardon of my sins, the help of Thy grace, and Life Everlasting, through the merits of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Redeemer.

Act of Love

O MY GOD, I love Thee above all things, with my whole heart and soul, because Thou art all-good and worthy of all love. I love my neighbor as myself for the love of Thee. I forgive all who have injured me, and ask pardon of all whom I have injured.

Special Act of Love
O good and merciful Savior, it is the desire of my heart to return Thee love for love. My greatest sorrow is that Thou art not loved by all men, and, in particular, that my heart is so cold, so selfish, so ungrateful. Deeply sensible of my own weakness and poverty, I trust that Thine Own grace will enable me to offer Thee an act of pure love. And I wish to offer Thee this act love in reparation for the coldness and neglect that are shown to Thee in the Sacrament of Thy love by Thy creatures. O Jesus, my sovereign good, I love Thee, not for the sake of the reward which Thou hast promised to those who love Thee, but purely for Thyself. I love Thee above all things that can be loved, above all pleasures, and in fine above myself and all that is not Thee, protesting in the presence of Heaven and earth that I will live and die purely and simply in Thy holy love, and that if to love Thee thus I must endure persecution and suffering, I am perfectly satisfied, and I will ever say with St. Paul: "Nothing shall separate me from the love of Christ."

O Jesus, Supreme Master of all hearts, I love Thee, I adore Thee, I praise Thee, I thank Thee, because I am now all Thine Own. Rule over me, and transform my soul into the likeness of Thyself,  so that it may bless and glorify Thee forever in the abode of the Saints. Amen.

Act of Dedication of the Human Race to Jesus Christ the King

Act of Dedication of the Human Race to Jesus Christ the King

Most sweet Jesus, Redeemer of the human race, look down upon us humbly prostrate before You. We are Yours, and Yours we wish to be; but to be more surely united with You, behold each one of us freely consecrates himself today to your Most Sacred Heart. Many Indeed have never known You; many, too, despising Your precepts, have rejected You. Have mercy of them all, most merciful Jesus, and draw them to Your Sacred Heart.

Be King, O Lord, not only of the faithful who have never forsaken You, but also of the prodigal children who have abandoned You; grant that they may quickly return to their Father's house, lest they die of wretchedness and hunger.

Be King of those who are deceived by erroneous opinions, or whom discord keeps aloof, and call them back to the harbor of truth and the unity of faith, so that soon there may be but one flock and one Shepherd.

Grant, O Lord, to Your Church assurance of freedom and immunity from harm; give tranquility of order to all nations; make the earth resound from pole to pole with one cry: Praise to the divine Heart that wrought our salvation; to it be glory and honor forever. Amen.

(A partial indulgence is granted to the faithful, who piously recite the above Act of Dedication of the Human Race to Jesus Christ King. A plenary indulgence is granted, if it is recited publicly on the feast of our Lord Jesus Christ King.)

Act of Reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus

Act of Reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus

O sweet Jesus, whose overflowing charity for men is repaid by so much forgetfulness, negligence, and contempt, behold us prostrate before Your altar, eager to repair by a special act of homage the cruel indifference and injuries, to which Your loving Heart is subjected.

Mindful that we, ourselves, have had a share in such great indignities, which we now deplore from the depths of our hearts, we humbly ask Your pardon and declare our readiness to atone by voluntary expiation not only for our own personal offenses, but also for the sins of those who straying far from the path of salvation, refuse in their infidelity to follow You, their Shepherd and Leader, or, renouncing the vows of their Baptism, have cast off the sweet yoke of Your law.

We are now resolved to expiate each and every outrage committed against You; we are determined to make amends for the manifold offenses against Christian modesty in unbecoming dress and behavior, for all the foul seductions laid to ensnare the feet of the innocent, for the frequent violations of Sundays and holy days, and the blasphemies uttered against You and Your Saints. We wish also to make amends for the insults to which Your Vicar on earth and Your priests are subjected to, for the profanations by conscious neglect or terrible acts of sacrilege, of the very Sacrament of Your Divine love; and lastly for the public crimes of nations, who resist the rights and teaching authority of the Church which You have founded.

Would that, O Divine Jesus, we were able to wash away these abominations with our blood. We now offer, in reparation for these violations of Your Divine honor, the satisfaction You once made to Your Eternal Father on the Cross and which You continue to renew daily upon our altars. We offer it in union with the acts of atonement of Your Virgin Mother and all the Saints and of the pious faithful on earth; and we sincerely promise to make recompense as far as we can with the help of Your grace, for all neglect of Your great love and for the sins we and others have committed in the past. Henceforth we will live a life of unwavering faith, of purity of conduct, of perfect observance of the precepts of the Gospel, especially that of charity.

O loving Jesus, through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary our model in reparation, deign to receive the voluntary offering we make of this expiation; and by crowning gift of perseverance keep us faithful unto death in our duty and the allegiance we owe You, so that we may all one day come to that happy home, where You with the Father and the Holy Spirit live and reign one God, world without end.

Precious Blood Prayer in Response to Requests from Our Lord

Precious Blood Prayer in Response to Requests from Our Lord

Dear Jesus, moved by an impulse of love, and with purity of intention, I wish to cover my humble labors with Your merits and bathe them in the supernatural gold of Your Precious Blood. I desire to consecrate my life to the saving of souls and the extension of Your glory, and I beg the Heavenly Father for as many souls as You shed drops of Blood during Your Passion. - Sr. Josefa Menendez

Daily Oblation to the Sacred Heart

Daily Oblation to the Sacred Heart

Jesus, my only Treasure, I give Thee every one of my thoughts, actions, breaths, steps and movements for now until the hour of my death.  I consecrate myself to your most Sacred Heart to be but one with thee and to the United Hearts of Jesus and Mary.  Come to me then, dear Jesus, and grant me the grace I most humbly and ardently crave, that of dying in Thy Sacramental embrace while yet incorporated with Thy Sacred Body, and of being presented by Thee to thy Eternal Father, spotless from the Fountain of Thy Precious Blood.  Amen

Covenant with God

Covenant with God

O ALMIGHTY God, I sanctify, dedicate, and consecrate to Thee every beating of my heart, and every pulsation of my blood; and I desire to make this compact with Thee, that their every beating will be a new act of love offered through the pure hands of Mary and that they shall say to Thee: Holy, holy, holy, Lord God of Sabbath; and I beseech Thee to impute this meaning to them, so that they may be before Thy Divine Majesty as the unceasing echo of that heavenly canticle, which Seraphim’s sing without ceasing unto Thee. Amen. Amen. ~ Saint Gertrude

Act of Joy in the Immaculate Conception

Act of Joy in the Immaculate Conception

To Which Innocent VIII Attached an Indulgence at the Request of the Queen of Spain

HAIL, glorious Virgin, Morning-star that dost outshine the sun, gracious Mother of my God, sweeter than the dropping honeycomb: thou art that fair one in comparison with whom all beauty is pale and dim; thou art redder than the rose and more dazzling white than the lily; all virtues adorn thee, thou purer than the Seraphim; and every Saint doth give thee honour, thou that hast thy higher throne in the heavens. Amen.

Loving Affections Towards Jesus

Loving Affections Towards Jesus

This prayer was revealed to St. Gertrude during an unusually abundant influx of grace and light. Our Lord said to her: Whoever repeats this prayer shall receive the grace to know Me more intimately, and shall receive into his soul the splendour of My Divinity, even as he who holds up to the sun a mirror of pure gold collects therein the dazzling effulgence of its rays.

O THOU most excelling King of kings, Prince of glory, my loving Jesus, Thou art the life of my soul; may all the affection of my heart be inflamed with the ardour of Thy love, and forever united to Thee. May it sink back baffled and exhausted when it would love aught but what tends to Thee alone; for Thou art the brilliance of all colour, the savour of all dainties, the fragrance of all odours, the charm of all melody, the soothing repose of all love. O Thou overflowing abyss of Divinity, in Thee is pleasure most enrapturing, from Thee ever-gushing streams of plenty spread around, towards Thee a gentle force irresistibly attracts, through Thee our souls are inundated with thrilling gladness. O King of kings most worthy, sovereign Lord of all, Prince most glorious, most clement Ruler, Thou most mighty Protector; Thou art the vivifying gem of human dignity, O most wonderful in Thy working, gentlest of Teachers, Wisest in counsel, most kind and effectual Helper, Friend faithful unto death. No union is so intimate, so beatific, as Thine, O Thou transporting, soothing Lover of souls, most tender and chaste Spouse of Thy chosen. Thou art the spring Flower of noble gracefulness, O my brother most fair, ruddy, and comely in Thy youth, most winning companion, Host most munificent in Thy provision; I choose Thee in preference to all creatures, for Thy sake I renounce all pleasure, for Thee I run with joy to meet all adversity, and in all do I seek no other praise than Thine. I acknowledge with heart and mouth that Thou art the root from which these and all good things spring. With the energy of Thy fervour I unite my intention to that of Thy most availing prayer, that in virtue of this Divine union every movement of rebellion may be quelled and crushed within me, and that I may be led by Thee to the summit and pinnacle of perfection. Amen.

Act of Resignation

Act of Resignation

It was revealed to St. Gertrude that those who submit and conform themselves entirely to the Divine will, desiring above all things that the adorable will of God may be most fully done in all that concerns them whether in body or in soul, touch the Sacred Heart most sensibly. For such perfect resignation is an acknowledgment of God's sovereignty, and gives Him as much honour as is given to an earthly king when the crown of his realm is set on his head.

O MOST holy Father, I Thy poor and vile creature entirely renounce my own will, and offer and resign myself to Thy most holy will and pleasure; above all delights of this world, I wish and desire that Thy most adorable, most placid Will may be perfectly done in me, by me, in all that concerns me whether in body or in soul, in time and in eternity. And to this end I would readily submit all the members of my body to suffering of any kind and degree.

O my God, wert Thou to give me fullest choice of asking all I wish, and didst Thou swear to me by Thyself that Thou wouldst grant my petition in all things, I would neither desire nor ask aught else than that Thy most adorable will may be perfectly done in me and in every creature of Thine, according to Thy supreme and faultless good pleasure. Wherefore, in union with that resignation with which Jesus committed Himself wholly to Thy will in the garden of Olives, and in union with His affection and His intention, I say from His heart and in His words:

Not my will, but Thine be done, O most holy Father, in time and in eternity. Amen.

Should any affliction threaten you, add the following words, which are most pleasing to God, as He condescended to reveal to St. Gertrude. If anyone, says she, offers his whole will to the will of God when he knows that affliction is coming on him, his offering will be as acceptable to God as though, during the Passion of Jesus, he had allayed the anguish of His wounds with fragrant ointments.

AND more especially, O good Jesus, I offer and resign myself to Thee, in perfect readiness of will to bear that affliction which I foresee coming upon me; I will accept it with unshaken will as from Thy Hand, and I will bear it with what patience I can; in union with that love wherewith Thou didst accept all Thine afflictions from Thy Father's Hand, and didst offer them to Him again in ineffable gratitude; beseeching Thee that Thou wouldst grant me fortitude and patience, that I may manfully endure, to Thy eternal glory and to the welfare and peace of all the world. Amen.

For a Greater Love for Jesus

For a Greater Love for Jesus

My Jesus, You know well that I love Thee, but I do not love Thee enough,
O grant that I may love Thee more.  O love that burns ever and never fails,
my God, Thou Who art charity itself,
enkindle in my heart that divine fire which consumes the saints
and transforms them into Thee.  Amen
